True Colours was created by Wendy Marshgreen after 10 years experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry. Management roles in sales and marketing and customer service have given her a wealth of experience in dealing with people at all levels.

Wendy is an affiliate of The Federation of Image Consultants which works to set promote and uphold standards.

She is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development an organisation dedicated to continual professional development.

Wendy is a regular contributor to BBC Radio Cambridgeshire and can be contacted for comment on all areas relating to colour, style and image.
