True Colours was created by Wendy Marshgreen after 10 years experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry. Management roles in sales and marketing and customer service have given her a wealth of experience in dealing with people at all levels.

Wendy is an affiliate of The Federation of Image Consultants which works to set promote and uphold standards.

She is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development an organisation dedicated to continual professional development.

Wendy says: "Whether you are part of a group or a one to one session. I'll make you feel at ease so you can really enjoy and get the most from our time together.
